Dr. Starling is a Vanderbilt trained orthodontic specialist serving the Nashville area since 2004. He attended the University of Maryland at College Park where he obtained a B.S. in Microbiology. He went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude with his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the Medical College of Virginia. Following dental school, Dr. Starling had the privilege of attending Vanderbilt University’s three-year program in orthodontics under Dr. Harry Legan.
As Tennessee’s #1 provider of Incognito® lingual braces, Dr. Starling is a consummate learner always seeking to stay on the leading edge of new dental techniques and technologies. He is also active in the local dental community where he is involved in the Nashville Dental Society, American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, the Millennium Study Club, and the Governor’s study club. He is a member of St. George’s Episcopal Church and a supporter of the Interfaith Dental Clinic.
